• ​How Do I Place An Order? 

1. Self collect: For orders which are less than 20 items customers would have collect from the shop.Delivered on request, but MVR10 would be charged.

2. Delivery to islands:Customer arranges transportation  and we would to vessel.

3. Delivery to house in Male’:If order is more than 20 items. No delivery charge. 

 

• Payment upon delivery/ self collect

1. Cash

2. Credit card

3. Island deliveries payment need to be made in advance (cash, credit card or wire transfer to account)

4. Supermert e-discount card  

    

• ​Secure Ordering:

1. For secure ordering please check before you sent in the purchase order. order would not be changed after order has been placed. 

2. check to see where in listyour order is

3. keep the transaction receipt in case of refund.

4. Orders sent to island would be pakced with water proof packaging to ensure safety of the products.

 

• Returns & Refunds:

Refund would be done only if request for refund is placed in 24 hours after receiving the goods.
